Great Canadian Joke Book Relaunched

We are pleased to announce the re-launch of the Great Canadian Joke Book on this first day of April, 2024.

And, no … this is not an April’s Fool Day prank although we have been known to joke around quite a bit over the years!

Special Ed (founder) and Woody House (web dude) wanted to bring this wonderful website back to life after almost a 10 year absence online. We first met to discuss the possibilities in June of 2023 and quickly decided to come up with a refreshed look and feel to the website. Initially, we went with a complete departure from the original format only to realize that it was not as playful as the original, something that endeared us to the fans of the product. After consideration, we developed the new site based primarily on the original design and feel and are continuing to add new content daily.

This is where you guys come in … we want to see your jokes, your videos and get your comments.

One of the main focus points of this re-launched website is to encourage all Stand Up Comics to submit their material(s) to us for publication – the original comics that were a part of the original website have gone on to bigger and better things for the most part. Let us help you to help … well, you!

By mid April 2024, we will also have some merch for sale on the new website as well as some other cool content.
